Application Process

All riders are required to submit an application to be considered for participation. Approval of application can be in form of a Letter, Email, Text, or Call.

NO PARTICIPANT SHALL SHOW WITHOUT RECIEVING APPROVAL

** Applications are due 2 weeks prior to event date.

Business Sponsors

We are seeking business sponsors for our events, as these sponsors play a crucial role in keeping our events affordable while supporting our operations financially. We have encouraged our students to secure two sponsors each and would like to extend this opportunity to all participants. Please note that while this initiative does not reduce registration fees, it helps us maintain our current costs.

** Ideally, business sponsorships should be submitted 2 weeks ahead of event to allow time for printing. (4/19)

Rider Sponsors

We would like to open up an opportunity for family and friends to show support for their riders. We are kicking off our rider sponsor programs where riders can have their fees covered by either (2) half sponsors, or a full sponsor, these sposorships cover registrations fees for the season. Each sponsorship will also receive a small sign to cheer on show their support to their rider.
